Store Manager: Esmeralda Zepeda De Paz  
A native of Jalisco, Mexico, Esmeralda grew up in the Bay Area. A passion for psychology and business helped her formulate a career path that led to positions across California working for retail companies that include Kate Spade, Gymboree, and Sports Authority. A mother of three children and foster parent to five adorable dogs, Ez is also a CASA (court-appointed special advocate) volunteer for children who have experienced abuse or neglect. It’s no doubt a challenging role, but Esmeralda isn’t one to shy away from a challenge; in fact, she’s won a marathon! At Orvis San Marcos, Ez looks forward to meeting new customers, welcoming back the regulars, and helping them all as they pursue their own outdoor dreams and passions.
