Store Manager: Shannon Schmidt  
A veteran retailer, Shannon has worked for Bath & Body Works and spent almost ten years at Victoria’s Secret. She’s a native New Yorker and an avid outdoor lover and takes every opportunity to get outside to explore the local waterways and hiking trails in the Richmond area, but the time comes to truly unwind, the ocean is where she’ll be. An early attempt at a singing career when Shannon was in her twenties led to her recording an album. And though she determined the business of music wasn’t in the cards for her, the business of managing people and creating memorable customer experiences was. Her friendly, outgoing demeanor and eagerness to help anglers, wingshooters, and travelers discover the adventure and wonder of nature with the very best outdoor apparel and gear makes her an integral part of our Orvis Richmond team.
